OnlyOne Product Overview
Finally...You
can give your contacts a single local number for every kind of
call. With this number, you can answer live calls,
receive voicemail, be paged with messages, and even receive
faxes privately.
When someone calls your OnlyOne
number, the call rings in your office if you're there.
If you're at home, it rings at home. If you're mobile,
it rings your cell phone. Or if you prefer, the system
politely asks for the caller's message. You will be
immediately notified when you receive a voicemail or a fax.
With an easy one-touch button, you can tell OnlyOne
where or if you want to be reached.
OnlyOne eliminates the need to
ever give out your cell, home or other private numbers, yet
still take important calls there. You'll never have to
waste time checking two or three voicemail systems. Your
E-Mails, Voicemails and Faxes are all in ONE place and accessible
from anywhere.
There's no hardware
to buy, no software
to buy and no contract
to sign. The service is just a flat monthly fee.
Most of our subscribers have found that OnlyOne
pays for itself since it reduces their cell usage and replaces
their fax line and/or voicemail line. Our clients tell
us that they appreciate the professional image, time savings,
simplicity and privacy that OnlyOne
brings to their communications.
Your callers will need only ONE NUMBER to reach you for any
situation.
OnlyOne gives subscribers the simplicity, control and privacy
they have always wanted. It also gives your callers a means
to quickly connect with you, if you’re available and
to know your “status” if you are not available.
Thus, your callers have a better understanding of when they
can expect a return call.
Each OnlyOne subscriber is issued a local Direct Inward Dial
(DID) number. Callers are not required to dial an 800-access
number or special code numbers (8XX-access is available to
accommodate mobile or traveling users, but is not required).
All features are bundled into one telephone number. It’s
also important to note that the OnlyOne service is device
independent. OnlyOne will work with any type of standard
telephone, key system, PBX or cell phone.
As part of OnlyOne’s philosophy of customer support,
OnlyOne subscribers are supported by a local representative
who understands the local market and the needs of his/her
subscriber base.
